102-year-old lens on a 5D

A 1908 hand-cranked cinema lens converted to fit a Canon. Classic, literally. :)

->> makes you wonder if you could retro-fit a Canon 300mmm L series on to a Box-Brownie. Not saying its great idea and I guess you'd have to go out and find some film too

->> The other day I put my 51 year-old (actually it was my dad's) Canon 100/2.0 Type R lens on my Canon 7D via an adapter.

I shot a very short test video but sent the adapter back for a refund. Not sharp enough at all due to the added optics in the adapter. But it was kind of cool to have light pass through the lens again for an image.
