I do not need the photos anymore. When i format the card with the camera they are still there. I also tried dragging the files into the trash using a card reader on my iMac. Photos are still there... I thought a format would get rid of them even if they are but who knows. Told them the problem and i just have to ship them the damaged card and they are shipping out a new card. They also pay return shipping. Problem solved. Old card is going in the trash.
