->> Looking for a portable shaded set-up (EZ-UP type) from a company that can imprint my logo on the material. I found this from HutShop.com:

http://www.hutshop.com/canopygraphics.html

Looking for recommendations from other SportShooters. Need the shade for on-field photo sales.

Gary

->> Get a DARK color as the lighter ones will allow too much sunlight through and make viewing LCD's a PIA. This adds to the cost because they'll have to put down your logo in a white base coat so that the final color will pop. IF they don't do that on a dark canopy expect your logo to look 'muddy' and get lost in a sea of black or navy blue.

Make sure that the canopy style will fit the frames that are being sold locally in the Wal-Mart / Home Depots around you. These frames just don't stand up for a full season. You'll want to be sure that you can run into a Wal-Mart or Home Depot and buy a tent and pop your canopy on the new frame.

Make sure that the canopy has a wind vent in the peak. If it doesn't even small gusts of wind will get trapped and turn the canopy into a parachute. Even if you are fully strapped and staked, the stress on the frame is a b!tch.

Depending on how you setup your site, a cheaper solution is to have the table skirts branded and skip branding the canopy all together. That way even when you are working an indoor event you have your logo and branding front and center. I also have banners in 4' 6' 10' and 20' that get placed as space permits.

If you're getting the idea that I'm a little jaded on canopies you're getting the hint. They're a necessary evil but I just wouldn't spend too much money on them as they really are a consumable in my opinion.

Personally I've gotten tired of playing with tents and am moving into a new 24' trailer for next spring. Having it built and wired in GA. Anyone want to come on a road trip?
