new Fuji 3D with 3D HD movie (720p)

->> it was introduced in Japan last year. i saw it at the Fuji store in Tokyo. it's a fun toy to play with.
the $US price listed on the link above is significantly lower than the price in Japan, even with the poor exchange rate.
the current drawback is that you also have to buy the Fuji viewer or own a 3D tv or your stuck looking at the 3D effect on the camera's screen. if the price points are similar to Japan, the Fuji viewer will cost a little less than the camera. Yodobashi camera in Japan was also offering a discount if you bought both at the same time.
finding a printer in the US is also the reason i didn't buy one. when i saw it, they didn't know when it would be introduced to the US and at that time, you could only get a 5x7 print made in Japan. |
