->> I have a client that wants a bid for me to shoot an event and deliver up to 500 prints on-site. Do you have any ideas, suggestions, recommendations, names and phone numbers on where I can get this equipment or hire someone who owns it in the San Francisco Bay Area?

->> You should look into renting a sony snaplab it should run about $100 a day and prints for 4x6 should be about 400 prints for $100 or 5x7 should be around 350 prints for about $250

->> I forgot to add - the Snaplab does not let you download you images into an internal HD to keep. So if you want to keep those photos for future use you will need to store them else where. It is just an onsite printing kiosk.
