| ->> Just curious how others here archive team and individual photos of all the area athletes and their work flow. Do you enter the athletes name in the file info? Do you save the image with the athletes name? etc. Are their any quick ways to go about entering this info? Thanks in advance |

->> I keyword mine with date, team, level (JV, Varsity, etc), league (if needed), etc. Each photo is saved as: Doe_John_ext where ext isn't JPG or PNG, but rather dmm (digital memory mate), cal (calendar), bagtag, etc. I create a folder for the overall shot (ie. Town name-little league T&I-2009) and then within that folder is team or coach specific folders if needed.
Not sure if this helps. I can't think of any quick ways to enter data (other than use Lightroom and have keywords for the whole import then add the player name, number etc.). |

| ->> That helps. They have me list the name of the athlete and school in the cutline space in file info then save the file as the kids name. It is a long process and every time I do it I can't help but think there has to be an easier way. |
