It's remarkable seeing the devastation in the old views of the Larenkov photos that has been completely erased / repaired today. You'd never know what took place in those locations as a casual tourist without a history lesson.

->> I think he should have done the overlays with new shots converted to B&W. Would have made for a more seamless overlay.

->> This is really cool. Like Guy said, it's crazy to think that lots of historical events happened in places we frequent every day and probably don't even think about (if we were European). The same would apply here, though.
