If you look at it, and then go back to the original linked photo, I start to wonder if it is just a crappy job of lassoing the selected areas (and forgetting to apply a feather to the selection), then using levels or curves to make adjustments.
This is what the big group photo looks like, not sure on the first one, and as Michael pointed out..... Excel for video monitoring? Pretty sloppy work no matter what. |

I could see that being the case. But if I were in this photographer's position, I would have done the outing myself, rather than wait for others to catch on.
IMO, if you're going to blow a whistle, make sure people can hear you. |
