Photoshelter issue
Joseph Zimmerman, Photographer

->> Anyone else having issues uploading to their photoshelter page. I tried the web browser upload, the desktop app and even straight ftp and all 3 I get a whopping 30-40KB upload speed. I'm not having issues anywhere else. I uploaded a photo here and i was instant upload same photo there was 30 seconds. I'm talking about a 143KB image file. I tried to email them this morning but no response yet and I know lots of users here use it so I thought I'd ask if anyone else had issues or if it was maybe my route to the server.

->> I did some image replacements last night with no problem. Only thing that slowed me down was the 1 at a time limitation.

Other than that, I haven't uploaded since Sunday evening. Used Photo Mechanic with no problem.

->> Currently using the uploader right now and mine is about 30kb/sec when I can usually upload about 600kb/sec, something is not right.

Could be Comcast, could be a PS issue

->> I was fine around 5am this morning then it died and has been horrible all day. What is even more upsetting is not even getting a response from them all day. Smugmug which I use for my print sales stuff responds in minutes. Not very impressed with photoshelter for what I pay per month.

->> Have you tried calling them rather than sending an e-mail? Their phone support is top-notch and have helped me many times.
