Photog detained near BP refinery

I really don't like the idea of the police giving the photographer's SSN an other information to BP.

It's far more likely the photographer started crying like a little girl and provided every personal secret he could recall after the BP rent-a-cop...err I mean BP "official" showed him his badge and handcuffs and threatened him with extradition to Guantanamo.
