Yesterday when I went to use it, the battery was dead and won't charge. Is this "normal" for a battery to die so suddenly and not hold a charge? I even bought a new battery and it wouldn't charge. Turns out there was an issue with the bios that caused the problem. I went to the dell site and downloaded and installed the most recent bios and all seems to be working well.
