5d II vs 7 D video and sound system set up

I was told we ( UH Engineering) have some money to buy a new camera and was considering one of the two. I also need to purchase some lights and some audio equipment. Because of this I am wondering if I will be as happy with the Canon 7 D video as much as the Canon 5 D video?
Also someone posted on here some good information on what their sound set up was with the 5 d. Looking for a good wireless microphone sound system with a lavalier mic and a shot gun mic.
Basically I am looking for a Canon slr, that can do video and good recording system?
Any suggestions?
