7D focus trigger

->> Ok, a friend of mine has a 7D. I was showing him how I changed the focus button from the regular focus button / capture button to the Star * on the back of the bodies on my Mark IIN's. Well we tried over and over to do this on his 7D with no luck.
Is this not an option on the 7D? |

Yes it does exist.
in the menu:
custom function IV: operation/others
custom controls: 1
you'll see a grid. Scroll to the " * " icon and change to AF
That should do it. |
