In hindsight, would I make the same decision? She responds and looks even dumber than she obviously is. What truly makes this sad is there are scores of out of work journalists out there who need jobs. And this manager (she is NOT a journalist) is still employed. pathetic is the only word that comes to mind. She equated cropping, making headshots from group photos and turning horizontals into verticals as the same thing. In the next sentence it gets worse.
