->> Never used a holster. I prefer the Think Tank mod system.

Carried 3 bodies last night. 2 on each shoulder and 1 in my hands or around my neck.

->> +1 for the spider holster. Been using it for everything, from a dslr to a rangefinder as well as point and shoot. Love the quality, very solid and well crafted. I've learned to trust that my camera won't fall off after running with it...hasn't dropped a camera nor does it feel like it would. I wouldn't use a flash on a dslr with it though, it just seems like a really bad place to have a flash hanging.

Overall it's simply awesome to have both hands free to go about your business. For street photography, it's superb. I have a Panasonic LX3 which i carry practically everywhere now with the spider holster, it keeps the camera practically concealed when wearing a jacket, yet super quick to access.

It's a bit pricey though.

->> Actually its a much better place for the flash (straight down) strangely enough. Being straight down its much more out of the way than you'd think. I do it every wedding. Only problem is the PW's that were velcroed to the flash sometimes came off...but the new Paul C Buff cybersyncs are smaller and seem to stay on :-)
