Returning Delkin Camera batteries....

->> I've had problems with two of my Delkin NP-E3 battery packs for my Canon Mark IIn . Like others have mentioned on this board, these batteries sometimes don't make a good connection in the camera causing a loss of power even though the battery has a full charge. If you get a good set, they are great and quite a bit cheaper than the Canon batteries.
The batteries are covered under a 2 year warranty and my set is under 2 years old, So I emailed their customer service department and they are sending a return authorization form for the old batteries and sending me a new set.
If you have these batteries sitting around and they are not working and less than 2 years old, contact customer support at Delkin: http://www.delkin.com/support/
