Several years ago, the photographer, now retired, that shot ID badge photos for the Texas State Capitol was blind. He managed quit well.

I hope Ms. Welford-Costelloe finds an outlet for her dreams.

The ID photo I had taken by the blind man at the Texas Captiol (wish I could remember his name now as I would talk to him as he took his dog on walks around the grounds) was probably the best ID photo I have ever had. And I'm dead serious.
