I used a service from the thread and now can't find the site again. It was a site where you put up an ad telling a bunch of designers what your budget was and then they submitted their ideas. Then you picked the winning design and paid the client once the design was turned over to you. Does anyone here know the site i'm thinking about? Asking people to work on spec is, at the very least, not nice.
