Blank Images from Compact Flash Card

I shot a baseball game and in the middle of the images, there were 4 blank, black images (if they were images).
Card is a Lexar Pro 300x
Used in a Canon EOS 7D
Info on these blanks were the same as the images before and after.

| ->> Perhaps your shutter might be going? When the shutter on my 1d mkII blew, I got some pure black images. The shutter never opened, so thus that result. I know your camera is probably fairly new, but this stuff happens. I'd consider sending it into canon. |
