->> Vivitar and Zeikos make versions that are inexpensive compared to the Canon grip. Does anyone use them and if so, what are your thoughts?
peace.

| ->> I purchased a Zeikos grip for a friend who has been using it for weddings in their 5D Mark II and they told me they love it and have had zero issues. As a side note they are running two OEM batteries in the grip. |

->> I have one Canon grip and one of the Zeikos. Can't tell the difference between them. It's great at 1/3 the price I wish I had bought two of the Zeikos instead 1 + 1.

->> I've got the Vivitar grip, zero issues, and very happy with it. I guess my rationale was I'd at least heard of Vivitar before, but I'm glad to hear that people are happy with the Zeikos.
Either way you go, I think you'll be in good shape and I'm sure you can find something else to spend the extra $140 on. |
