->> Curious if anyone has tried to use Acute 1200 or 2400 system with a Vagabond or Tronix battery pack?
I invested in the studio system and would love a 7B or 8, but that won't happen anytime soon. I either have to sell my Profotos for Dyna-lite or something, or see if either battery pack will serve me when I can't plug into power.
Anyone? |

->> I used the Profoto 1200 with the Dynalite xp1100 inverter.
It worked pretty well, but I hated the extra box and extra cord involved when compared to the 7B.
It was pretty quiet, just a small buzz when it recycled. While using the inverter, it was pretty much the same as when you are plugged in.
I would up selling the inverter and just buying a 7B to compliment the 1200 kit. |
