thanks,

->> Chris,
That looks very nice. Thanks. Did you have someone do that for you? I have been gleaning as much as I can from the Dgrin help forum but I am not CSS master.
Thanks again for posting that.
I am assuming that you self fulfill the print orders or do you just put a delay on orders so that you can do custom processing?

->> Hey Peter,
I usually put a one day delay on prints because some parents don't understand cropping. I also will replace the photo if it is bigger than an 8x10 because they are cropped with a certain action size leaning towards 5 x 7.
I did do the customization myself by using the help features and forums. It was a learn as you go process with some customization techniques. They have been great with response and service in the 2 years I have used Smugmug. |

->> Delaying the prints is a good idea. Never thought of that. Just used to think, "Jeez, these parents don't know how or when to crop."
I've been using SmugMug for a little over a year. I found that the more I customized my site, the more my sales decreased. I have no idea why.
So, I am the opposite of Chris (nice site, by the way). Mine is as simple as you can get. More of a catalog than anything.

->> This is my SmugMug site with no true customization. Everything is themed with my company colors.

I like the simplicity of it yet I think that it needs a bit more professionalism in the SmugMug design. |
