| ->> Oh yeah, I also drink 2 to 3 pots of tea per day, so I guess that is kind of a hobby. A 260 bag box of Tetley lasts me about a month...I also drink Twinning's Irish Breakfast. |

->> My "hobby" or hobbies along the way have been astronomy, flying, horseback riding, racquetball but during all of it, I was always in the gym weightlifting, since I was 12 years old.
As a consequence I finally directed my photography into the gym and bodybuilding, and built my business around it, somewhat successfully. But without question, I eat, breathe and sleep photography and not just my own, I am a big fan of photography. |

->> Since moving to Seattle it's been boating, we've got a small sailboat we use to explore the San Juan Islands and this summer we plan on going further north into the Gulf Islands of Canada. The Pacific Northwest is incredible for cruising even for total newbies like us. Here's our sailboat blog http://svtroublemaker.blogspot.com/
We have several kayaks, (we build our own- 3 wood and 2 skin on frame) and just recently we acquired a 1925 70ft wooden tugboat that we are renovating as a liveaboard. I have photos of the tug and the kayaks on my SS member page right now. |

| ->> Offroading in my Jeep is my favorite thing to do. I leave the camera at home, pack up a cooler with food, gatorade and water and meet my friends who have 4WD vehicles and we drive to the desert. It's nice to camp out there also. Something about drinking beers around the fire after a day of offroading. Of course I have the expensive hobbies so I have to be careful not to get too much carnage as I have to drive home and my Jeep is my daily driver. |

->> Well, having a 3 1/2 year old has definitely curtailed my hobbies as all the other parents can attest to.
Martial arts (although slacking off in the last year)
home theater (hey, gotta have things I can do after the little guy goes to bed).
outdoors - day hike, canoeing, etc. |

And using my motorhome ( RV ), I enjoy it so much I can sit in it for hours even when its parked up in my drive way. |

| ->> Anything to do with cycling: riding, training, reading, conversing, watching, photographing, buying, building, eating, drinking, & traveling. I am a bike mechanic as well and build my own wheels which I find very theraputic. As a general manager of a local road racing team, I enjoy designing the teams kit that we wear each season. I am thrilled to see my designs out in the peleton! |

->> I played lacrosse for like six years. Wasn't been able to play last summer due to a hip injury, and itching to get back. I also ride a motorcycle and plan to get a new one this spring. My old Honda Nighthawk developed major electrical problems.
I recently starting playing guitar again. I also do volunteer work with the local chapter of the Jaycees, where I'm a member of the executive board. |

->> Auto racing is as much a hobby for me. I do more writing about racing than anything, and have kept up a blog for the past four years.
Linked to the writing: I collect fountain pens, much to my wife's dismay ;-)
I'm a casual cyclist - and I love seeing a restored vintage bike or some cobbled together 'ratbike.'
I still have my ham radio license but I do more listening now. |
