Konica Hexar repair...?

->> I've got a much-loved Konica Hexar (fixed lens, not the interchangeable RF) that has also been a much-dropped camera that needs repair. Any information on someone capable of fixing this gem would be greatly appreciated. Stephen Gandy/Cameraquest is out, he doesn't work on them.
Help? Private contact is fine, thanks! |

->> Hi Jamie,
I'd suggest Kindermann Camera which is near Toronto in Markham. Gerry is amazing, he does top notch work and will turn it around for you as quick as he can. I shipped an M2 to him for repair and he received it on Tuesday and I had it in my hands on Friday.

->> Although I have never gotten around to sending in my broken Hexar RF, there is talk on various rangefinder discussion boards that Greg Weber, in Fremont, Neb., is a good resource for Konica repairs:

I can't personally recommend him, having never sent him gear, but he seems to be one of the few repair shops out there these days handling Konica. I took my RF to a local place for an estimate, and their response was "What's this?" |
