For a real treat, read the archive posts of her experiences covering the Beijing Summer games.

->> I've gone thru some of these blogs, but I haven't seen anywhere it being specified if any of these photographers are using the 1D Mark IV.
I'm sure at least some are, if not many of them.
Does anyone know for sure who's using them for these shots? |

| ->> So far I'm just getting over the slight learning curve of the MkIV - but I'm pretty pleased with the camera as a whole. Wish I had more of a chance to shoot action with it, but the high ISO performance is quite good - that shot last night was at 6400ISO and just a little flash. I should be checking out another one soon. |

->> i know what you mean about the learning curve.
I'm a fairly new Canon Guy, but a former long time Nikon guy. Took me the better part of a month to finally get it right with my late s/n 1d mk III's before i was confident on it's functions. |

->> Just updated mine on the gear I carry around each day. Tomorrow I'm planning on outlining all the various passes, etc. required.
Just a few things I think many of the photographers here would be interested in hearing about. |
