->> Does anyone know of any sites that let you post stuff on the next for free?
I ask because in my video journalism class out teachers has made everyone create their own website using a a site called weebly.com. It's a very simple site to use, but doesn't do what I want in the layout for showing photos. There isn't really any control over layout and the only way to show photos in to link them to a flicker account.
If anyone could give me any good leads that would be awesome. |

->> I'm guilty of making a ton of grammar and spelling errors in a post and have seen the same from others. But, usually, I can still decipher what is being asked.
Jeff... please don't take offense to this, but I have to honestly say that the spelling miscues and grammar here have led me down a path of puzzlement. Dude, I don't know what you are asking. |

->> Try Carbonmade.com
Parade.com also has a free version - you can embed video in the pages.
If you are a student, Livebooks has like a $99 .edu version - which is a nice low cost version.
There is also viewbook - it is a cross between livebooks and parade - some control and low monthly price.
Or you could get a free blogger site and embed the video.
You could get a free wordpress site and embed the video for like $60 upgrade a year.
Or you could get a domain, install the .org version of wordpress, and you would have a domain, e-mail and a nice front end - using like ProPhoto or other theme.
Those are my suggestions.
Good luck

->> Paul - Nothing came up underlined red so I figured everything was spelled right, that's my fault so let me try again. But that doesn't help me when I use the wrong word like next instead of net. Must remember to read it over better before i post.
What I am looking for is a website were I can make my own site for free. The one my teacher is having the class use is good, but it doesn't work for well for posting photos and videos.
So my question is does anyone know of any good website that will let me build my own site to showcase photographer and video work.
Hope everyone can understand that, if not I give up. |

->> 'grammer alert'
should be "a website where" (not were)
you're looking for a free web-host that gives you all the flexibility. |
