He was named the Kentucky Photographer of the Year and Sports Photographer of the Year runner-up. Bill Luster of the Louisville Courier Journal was named Sports Photographer of the Year. Josh Meltzer of Western Kentucky University was named Photographer of the Year runner-up. Western Kentucky student Scott McIntyre was named Student POY. Philip Andrews, WKU, was named Student POY runner-up.
