Pocket Wizard Mini/Flex Updates??

->> Just wondering if anyone has any hands-on updates they can share regarding the Pocket Wizard Mini and Flex using the new soft shield. I've seen the promo videos with them being used but would appreciate any thoughts SS memebers might have.

| ->> Put them trough some pretty rigorous shooting in an oil refinery yesterday and today, lot of metal obstructions, RF interference from radios and sensors, mixed 580 II's with Profotos, shot from a man lift across to a metal platform etc. etc. and I have to say that so far, I finally feel that they may work as professional tools. Will be testing them again on a wide variety of shoots over the next few weeks, including helicopter to helicopter but, so far, I finally feel that it's worthwhile bringing them to shoots. |

| ->> That would be good news for us Nikon shooters that have been *waiting and waiting* for the Canon issues to get sorted out. Maybe we'll have something later this year. Happy to hear it. |
