TT Security V2 wheel replacement

->> Anyone have to replace the wheels on their TT Security V2? Was it 'involved'? Were you just able to get a replacement set from TT?
I sent off an email to TT as it appears that they only work PST hours. Just looking for a heads up as I won't be around when they get in to call me.....
The bag is six months old, I'm hoping that maybe they have solid wheels available for replacements like my lighting bags. The 'tire' is coming off the rim on the TT. |

Last week my A.S. v2 headed back to have a wheel replaced. After trying to replace the wheel and not being able to get the screw loosened TT sent out a loaner and had me ship mine back. Today I got an email from Chris at TT telling me that they too could not fix the problem and that I could keep the loaner!
Top notch service! The fact that they would send out a loaner was A+ and today's email is icing on the cake.
