I have bought a few smaller items from them and there has been no problems. I do know a few staff photographers that have bought a great deal new and used and keep going back.

I would have no problems buying from them.

No worries and no problems from them.

->> Monty et all,

Bought a Mark IV from Newtonville Camera in Newton MA earlier this year and had some problems with the shutter "stuttering" skipping" during a burst.... brought it back to them and it was no questions asked they sent it in to Canon... took care of all the paper work shipping etc. and all is great!!

I am so glad I bought this one locally and will do it again rather than the large mailorder places. I would have not wanted to go through red tape I probably would have had too.

Paul and Andrew are great!

Jim
