For the first time, we have several participants from the U.K. and of course as always, we have a couple of photographers from Canada. I received applications from photographers and students from as far away as Germany, Australia, Norway and Mexico. With the recent additions of SI's John McDonough and Seattle-based photographer Rod Mar, this faculty is about as good as it gets. I'm driving down from Santa Barbara and should be staying with friend who lives nearby in OC to save myself from having to deal with the LA traffic every day.
