->> I've been using PR for a number of years...darkroom web edition. The last 5-6 events I've uploaded are causing me issues. I've had numerous customers email me this week saying they want to order but when they click to enlarge the thumbnails, they get an error message saying basically that they "photograher has removed the images...etc.." I'm not removing any photos...but I'm definitely losing sales since they can't order! Anyone else having this issue with PR?
I've emailed PR support three times this week and the response I get is that "they're working on it"..
Any advice would be appreciated. |

->> PR has absolutely gone down the drain over the years. Their customer service is and always has been horrible. Since "upgrading" a couple of months ago, there has been a multitude of problems. Customers are calling constantly voiceing their frustration with the ordering process. And I truly believe that for every customer that calls, there are 10 more that simply give up and don't call.
I'm dumping PR and moving onto PhotoCart. Everybody that uses it raves about it and so far, the piloting of the program with some sample galleries has been flawless. |
