BorrowLenses.com is selling some gear for relatively cheap - I've bought before and have had good experiences.

1d Mark III for $2200? No way you can complain about that!

->> Those are pretty decent prices for used equipment. I personally would probably stay away from the used bodies considering they were used as rentals. In my experience pool equipment tends to take quite a beating, I can't imagine rental equipment is treated much differently.

->> They have a bunch of stuff to sell, but i concur with Michael on the bodies. As far as the lenses go, the prices aren't good enough for me to want to buy former rental equipment....

->> Hi guys, i just wanted to put my 2 sense in regarding Borrowlenses used gear sale. I have rented numerous equipment from Max and Mark and these guys take great care in all of their gear. This sale of used equipment is perfect for anyone looking to get some great products at very good prices. Have great confidence when you shop as i only wish i had save some cash to pick up the 16-35.
Happy Holidays to everyone,
Michael

Though, I'd probably also only buy lenses from a rental place, due to a potential high actuation count from many users.

Zero complaints from me
