I'm having trouble labeling (rating 1 - 5 stars) images on my external drive. Not sure if it's a drive issue or a file type issue. I am using Bridge's default settings and it worked perfectly on my previous computer (XP) and this same external drive. most recent example...i tried labeling a jpeg on the external and could not do so. but the same process on the same photo worked fine on the copy i place on my local drive. conversely i was able to label an illustrator file on the external drive....very confusing. any help will be greatly appreciated.
