Free fimrware RAM upgrade f/5DMII allowing expanded audio...

->> been frustrated by that nasty hiissssssssssss..... in all your 5DMII audio even after you spend $$ on a beachtec or other unit? Here is a free answer to that problem, but beware as there is some risk of damage to your camera... but these guys have figured out how to sort of add to the Canon firmware and have cut out the internal amps that make all that hiss and have enabled custom audio level meters and even changed the AV output jack to a headphone jack so you can connect directly to the onboard audio inside the 5DMII. There is a pretty cool vimeo video on all this but READ THE DISCLAIMER CAREFULLY...

I'm just glad these guys are out there... they take donations via paypal if you get loads of new work out of your setup because of this. I'm doing a documentary right now and have been using a Panasonic video camera only because of the audio issues. This will allow me to continue the project with fast 35mm glass and do a better job...
