Another thing that caught my eye is how he didn't notice the 1.3x crop even when shooting side-by-side with a 5D2- I know I notice the difference between a 1Ds2 and a 1D2, so this might be some good progress in VF design.

->> the other thing he made sure to mention is that he didn't use servo mode. I think everyone is afraid to be the one to say it works (if it does) after the RG debacle of the mark III.
