You can sew 1" straps on the belt and make it MOLLE-compatible, but it doesn't work that way out of the box. I sent TT an email a few months ago asking if they could put some PALS webbing on their pouches or holsters for this purpose; I got a boilerplate reply back and nothing since. I myself use several different MOLLE pouches and platforms depending on the situation.
