| ->> If you have an iphone, grab the app TGI Black Friday, add black Friday items to your wish list search for products to compare prices at various stores, it even has categories for things like hard drives, lap tops and other popular items. It looks to be a great app I've found it very helpful despite my shopping list being small. You can check ads by store and they also list most popular. |

| ->> TGI Black FRiday app is great. I also use Red Laser. If you have the 3G S phone you can use the camera to scan bar codes on items and then it will go out on the net and find the item and see who has it for the lowest price. |

| ->> I just went to Staples and they've got their 8gb SanDisk Ultra II CF cards advertised at $19.99 (those are 15mb/s) I went to buy a few and I accidently grabbed one of the SanDisk 30mb/s 8gb CF cards and it scanned in at the same price as the slower ones. I brought it to the cashiers attention because I didn't want to rip anybody off and she confirmed that that was the correct price. So, if you're headed to Staples throw the faster ones in your cart for the same price. Chances are there will still be some left because they don't have them listed as being on sale and the full price is shown on the little tag above the rack of cards. |

->> Forget the sluggish Ultra II's...get a 3-pack of Extreme IV 4GB cards for $20 each after rebate through January 2:
http://www.adorama.com/IDSCF4GE43X.html?searchinfo=extreme+iv+3+pack
Still the best cards going for most UDMA-enabled cameras...the new Extreme Pro is faster but right now only the 5D Mk II appears to be able to take advantage of the speed. |
