I bought a hard-to-get Canon lens from him back in February, which had a minor manufacturing problem a month ago. I called Canon and sent it to them in Jersey, but some bozo at the facility entered the lens into the system under the dealer's info instead of mine, prohibiting me from getting any updates on the status of the repair. Exasperated, I called on Jody for help. He shook down all the trees at Canon and came up empty handed, until by chance someone told him the lens was fixed and sent back to Roberts. The closer call was that Roberts was about to send this apparently random shipment back to Canon, and Lord knows what would have happened then. Thanks to a fluke delay in the return shipping bill and some hard work and quick thinking on the part of Jody, my lens is back in good hands and on its way back to me. Anyhow, Thanks, Jody!
