NPS Problem

->> I was hoping that someone on this forum could help with an NPS problem I am having. I have been trying to resolve an issue with NPS for almost a year without any success. The funny thing is, I am trying to pay them a substantial amount of money for a lens that was stolen. I have sent emails over and over again without response and I have called the NPS number on my membership card which goes directly to voice mail every single time. Of course, I have left messages but have gotten no response.

Our insurance company settled with us on the lens theft and all I need is to get the pay to information from NPS to send a check. I simply can't imagine why this is so difficult. If anyone has a phone number that an actual human being will answer I would sincerely appreciate it. Lacking that, I would settle for an email address that will actually generate a response.

The contact information I am using is the same information that is used to request an equipment loan. I am not wanting to embarrass anyone at NPS but you guys who have borrowed gear know the contact info I am referring to.

Thanks for any help you folks can give me.
Gary
