| ->> I have been using EM for about three years now and all of a sudden I have been having problems uploading (sold) full image files. Has anyone else had this problem using the sites upload manager? Also, what is anyone else using if not the EM upload manager to send your finished files for printing and fulfillment? |

->> Hi Bob...
I haven't noticed it, but then again it's also been awhile since I've sold anything on there and had to upload full files. A few months, at least. When did this start happening?
I assume you've contacted them directly? Donovan's always been pretty good about getting back to me promptly when there have been issues.
Lately I've switched to using FTP to upload files to them, but so far that's just been with the proof files for the galleries. Not even sure they're set up to have you upload the finished files any other way. |

| ->> I've sold a lot over the past two months through EM (luckily) and have not noticed any problems with uploading full files after an order. On very rare occasions will have to load a file twice but believe it's on my end as our internet likes to cut out at times. Only use the uploader through the site for ordered photos and FTP the full galleries of display only files. |

| ->> ...and as Thomas said, contact them directly as they are quick or check out the yahoo group/message board a lot of EM users are on to see if the problem is happening to anyone else if you haven't already. |

->> Oops,
re-read your post and realized I use FTP for my initial upload but I do use the uploader for optimized files and order fulfillment. Still, no problems with my recent uploads.

->> I've been quite busy with ExMgr lately, and have had no problems. In the past I've found some Java upload apps work better with Internet Explorer than Firefox (I use the local Walmart for quick orders, and have to switch to IE), but have had no trouble with ExMgr.
As various members suggested, contact support. Chances are, you'll get a reply shortly after you hit "send" (if not before). They're great!! |
