->> I love this holiday!
Any super cool Halloween assignments or good photo-related costume ideas this year?
I shot the annual zombie walk through town yesterday. It was fantastic.

->> Friday night I'll be in Evans City, Pa covering Zombie Fest. It doesn't sound like much until this factiod goes into the mix: Evans City was the location for most of the movie "Night of the Living Dead"
Someone finally realized they were missing a golden opportunity. |

->> Dave,
That is EPIC. Great, classic film.
Try to get a shot of the iconic farmhouse. |

->> Dave - Awesome! That will be a sick assignment!
The only Halloween themed stuff I have shot this year was at La Ronde, a Six Flags owned park here in MTL, where they held a Thriller dance class. Here's the link: http://www.montrealgazette.com/Gallery+Ronde+Thriller/2115911/story.html
My costume will be a cheesy tourist, including knee high black socks under sandals, Hawaiian shirt, Urban Sombrero, backpack, binocs, a map in my back pocket and of course a camera.
Trick or treat! |

Unfortunately the farmhouse is gone... The cemetery was not a set and the good folks there are still firmly planted. I believe I know the stretch of road the opening was filmed on, but is has grown up a bit and is unrecognizable as the location.
As many of the cast that the promoters can round up will be on hand so it should be a howl. |
