->> Kent, you leave it pretty wide open. Lots of the winter ware places will have stuff, Lands End - etc...
I've looked for some work wear types of things here: http://www.gemplers.com/search/insulated+pants
I guess it depends on exactly what your looking for. Tractor Supply and Farm and Fleet generally have a good selection of insulated coveralls. |

->> I don't exactly use this often for work but it served me pretty well when I shot the Vegas Bowl last December (it was in the 40s and 50s I think). Just wear some jeans or cargo pants over them.

You can get them for 40 something at Sports Authority when they're on sale. |

->> Depending on how cold you will be shooting in you can simply layer.
A good base layer of thermals or the UnderArmor style mentioned above (I have a pair from what I think their "silver" line which has fleece lining) and then regular pants on top. Another good thing to do is add regular Gore-Tex rain pants as a top layer to stop the wind which is really what will make the cold sink in.
Above that you can go with some basic insulated ski-style pants and, again, if it's really cold you can put a thermal underlayer.
For bargains you may want to check out Campmor and their clearance bins.
When going to a Steelers playoff games a number of years ago I picked up a pair of insulated ski pants that were on a bargain sale and lined them with a thermal under layer. The temperatures got down to about 3 degrees by the end of the game but I stayed pretty warm. |

->> Try heading to Waterloo, Muscatine or Davenport and check out the selection at Farm and Fleet. They carry Carhartt stuff, as well as some knock-offs that have always kept me warm.
Their gear isn't fashionable, but it's warm and it's relatively inexpensive. Farmers and construction workers buy their stuff there, those guys have to be out in the cold all winter no matter what. |

->> campmor.com is excellent, as Rich suggests. Also, take a look at www.sierratradingpost.com
I buy 90 % of my outdoor gear there, always good, sometimes unbelievable prices.

| ->> Also, ski or snowboard pants. If it's really cold, I wear thermal underwear underneath. I've covered many Patriots' games in January where it's a blizzard and zero degrees. Never been cold. Now, my equipment, that's a different story. |

| ->> My typical cold weather outfit that has always kept me toasty was the UnderArmour ColdGear leggings with fleece pants from REI.com covered with a pair of GoreTex rainpants for the wind block as previously mentioned. I don't remember anytime this combo let me down. Just my 3 cents. |

Large selection of very well made outdoor wear for all seasons. I have pairs of their fleece and flannel lined jeans. Very toasty in mid-winter.
