| ->> I'm impressed the kid knew it was still a live ball. I presume the coach had the safeties back to protect against the fake - not to field a miss. Either way, someone missed giving them proper instruction. |

| ->> Renay, the coach is the last of his worries. He's now part of youtube and he'll be subject to global humiliation. How great is technology! |

| ->> thats to bad...you have to feel bad for that kid. I hope that the coach does not chew the kid out, I think the public humiliation is enough. |

->> Way back when Tarkenton was still a QB for the Vikings he tossed a sure TD to, who I think was, Sammy White. Well, Sammy held the ball high in one hand and was struttin' before he got into the Endzone... Heh, here comes Mr. Safety and swats the ball from his hand. The ball rolls out of bounds through the endzone... TOUCHBACK. LOL.
So, this kid has nothing to be ashamed of. |

->> YouTube may be big, but consider that Leon Lett did it twice in the same year - on National TV - at the Superbowl and then again on Thanksgiving Day. ESPN has these as two of the top three sports gaffs of all time I believe.
If there is blame and humiliation to be dished out here, the coach should be first in line. |
