Looks really nice otherwise but that was a deal breaker for me...
I personally love Darkness btw, awesome $.99 app that tells you the azimuth and altitude of the sun and moon now and in the future. Really handing for figuring out where on the horizon the sun will rise or set for doing landscapes |

->> Jamie,
I did say I'd not consider the iPhone. What happened? More than a year ago a I was given an iPhone and told to make it into a primary business travel tool.
From there I started writing extensively about iPhone Apps on Flying With Fish, as well as for outside clients. That lead to me having presently Beta tested more than a dozen travel apps for iPhones and having worked with travel companies and airlines to investigate their potential to serve passengers better through mobile phone app solutions.
I still use an iPhone 2G, I may move into a 3G, however being handed an iPhone with a specific purpose of how to use the iPhone changed my perspective.
Would I have gone out and purchased one? No. My e-mail is still done via my BlackBerry. My text messaging, also a BlackBerry use, the iPhone is for calling and using and exploring Apps. Now that I have used the iPhone, I still wish it had a swappable battery, but it has become an incredible tool which I enjoy exploring.
Hopefully that explains it. |

->> I use many of the apps posted above also, but I have not seen autostitch mentioned.
It's kinda like a mobile PTGui.
It's pretty darn cool to shoot, stitch, and post panos all from iPhone. It actually blends pretty darn good also. I have been shooting half the shots exposed basically above the horizon (sky), and half the shots exposed basically below the horizon for the ground, with a bit of overlap so it can stitch, and it outputs an image exposed nicely for both.
It also has a nice autocrop to crop to the max amount of the pano. |

You never know where you'll be or what you might encounter at work or otherwise and it is a great resource for handling emergency medical situations. You can check it out here:

There may or may not be a cost for the app itself...
Did that answer the question?
