He severed his vocal chords and is in surgery at the time of writing this post. http://www.usctrojans.com/blog/2009/09/breaking-news-stafon-johnson-suffers... For some of you who don't know, I used to be one of his teachers when he was an eighth grader at Curtiss Middle School in Carson, CA. I got my big break in shooting sports while photographing him in HS at Dorsey in Los Angeles and I'm pretty close with his family. I just wanted everybody to say a prayer for him.
