| ->> Hey ss.com members, I am photographing the Cal Poly/San Jose State game on Saturday the 26th. I have never even been to Spartan stadium before, any advice on what to expect or how to prepare for this stadium. Also any suggestions on nearby hotels (preferably with wifi) would be much appreciated. By the way its a 5pm start. Thanks! |

->> Nick, SJSU should be a breeze to shoot. Get there early, to shoot some tailgating and pre event stuff. There are plenty of hotels downtown, including a mariott, crowne plaza, hilton, etc. I couldn't tell you prices or anything like that though.

the stadium is weird, and it's a full stop difference from the center of the field to the edge. If you have anymore specific questions let me know or shoot me an email. My buddy Chad should be shooting for SJSU I think, I won't be shooting this weekend, but should be around for most of the game in the crowd. :)
The light at the beginning should be nice by the way, later in the game it will turn to crap though. |
