One of our staff 300's has been missing the tripod collar for as long as anybody can remember and I can't seem to find a part number or any place that sells replacements. The number for Canon parts is 732-521-7230. They told me as of today Monday Sept. 21, the part was back ordered but they should have more in stock next week.
