I have a lens that was giving me some issues. I emailed her at 7:45am, and she wrote back an hour later, pulled the loaner lens for me and I was good to go. She has saved my butt so many times I've lost count. A few years back Debbie and Mona dug through the incoming boxes to locate my D2x. I was leaving on my honeymoon the next week.
