->> Is it possible to xfer photos from my iPhone (original) to a laptop that the iPhone is not 'registered to'?

I do not have access to the laptop where all my iTunes info lives and need to snag a few images off my iPhone. I have no mail set up on my iphone.

Suggestions?

->> When your iPhone is connected to your Mac, open the Image Capture program located in your Applications folder. From there you can download some or all of your images and videos.

->> Francis,

I am not at my laptop that I use for my iPhone. This MacBook would not let me dump the photos into iTunes with assigning the iPhone to the computer, which I did not want to do.

Image Capture worked perfectly!
